Please allow 2–5 business days to process your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free Standard shipping on Select Items.

Domestic shipping (US and Canada)

  • Flat Rate (Standard) (3–4 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (3–4 business days after fulfillment) 
  • Express (1–3 business days after fulfillment)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free Standard shipping on Select Items.

International shipping (US and Canada)

  • Flat Rate (Standard) (5–20 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (5–20 business days after fulfillment) 
  • Standard DDP (3–5 business days after fulfillment, up to 12 business days to the Atlantic region) Canada only 
  • Express (1–3 business days after fulfillment)

International shipping (Europe)

  • Flat Rate (Standard) (5–20 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (5–20 business days after fulfillment) 
  • Standard DDP (3–7 business days after fulfillment) UK only 
  • Express (1–3 business days after fulfillment)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. Hard Head Heavyweights LLC is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at h3jimmylee2023@hardheadheavyweightsllc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
